The Munis upgrade has been completed. This upgrade was necessary to address ongoing issues with Employee Access, specifically issues related to the application process.
We are aware of one issue following the upgrade and are looking into it this morning. We have also opened a case with Tyler for additional assistance with this issue.
The patch also required a full upgrade of TCM. As a result, you may notice some changes to the TCM interface or the way certain areas function. We will be working through these changes and will provide additional guidance as needed.
If you experience any issues with Munis or TCM, or notice something that is working differently than expected, please submit a ticket to IT support so we can investigate.
